Rota Duties

Shadwell Sailing Club is a community sailing group run by volunteers. We depend on members to run every event in the sailing calendar especially:

• All members are required to attend and help out on at least one weekend / Open-To-All event each year. This mainly involves welcoming people, checking consent forms, handing out buoyancy aids, and giving directions if they need help. 
• Typically at least 4 Competent helms are also required for novice evenings and training  courses.
• Help with maintenance days and other duties may also be required.
